My friend Al Stewart at Photocutouts.com takes the image file of your photomontage and turns it into a fantastical, 3D photosculpture. Al prints it on a dye-sublimation printer, a technique that not only produces the highest image quality, but also protects the print with a heat-applied clear coat, making it water-resistant and protecting it from UV light damage.

So how do you get started?

Shop first at Photocutouts.com. Order a photo cutout, or POPout where the subjects "pop" out from the background. They're dramatic little sculptures, mounted on 1/4" thick oak or 3/16" thick acrylic.

Once you decide on a cutout or a POPout, I'll create a photomontage that really shows off these 3D effects. (See the photomontage Polly made about her husband's love affair with model trains.) Photocutouts will give you an order number, and you'll give that order number to me when I later upload your image file to Photocutouts.com .
Pricing for photocutouts will be separate from my pricing for a photomontage. Prices for Al's cutouts and POPouts start at $22.45.

Next, let's start your photomontage. Call me at 773-255-4677. Once we agree on a rough estimate of images for your photomontage - and before I begin work - I'll email you an invoice with a payment button that allows you to instantly pay with your credit card via PayPal. Later on - should we add additional images - I'll simply invoice you again for the balance. Paying in installments is perfectly fine with me.

Delivery: Your photocutout is sent Priority Mail (for free, I might add) within 10 business days of payment receipt. And usually, Al ships in 4 or 5 days! Meanwhile, in addition to returning all your original materials and an 8x10 glossy or luster print of your photomontage, I send you a CD containing all scanned images including the image file of the photomontage. These image files are provided as my gift (word-of-mouth is my best form of advertising). This package will arrive in 2-3 days via Priority Mail (included in my price, unless weight exceeds 1 lb.).
